Drop-in conversation

What is a drop-in session?

A drop-in session can be a way to get advice and guidance to help you move forward if you're feeling a bit stuck, but don't think you need further follow-up. We talk about what you need, so it's a good idea to think about what you want to get out of the session beforehand. You choose the date and time that suits you, and you can choose from the available therapists. The service is only for a single session and there are limited hours available each week. Do you know you needmore than one session? Then you should apply for our short-termcounseling offer.

Where do I meet for the drop-in session?

We offer drop-in sessions as walking conversations or at our offices in the SiS student house (Rennebergstien 24).

I need help now, but there's no available drop-in time, what do I do?

If you know you need immediate or long-term help, the emergency room/your GP can assist you further. SiS drop-in sessions are not an option when you need urgent help.

See ouroverview of other support servicesfor contact information to relevant agencies.

When you contact us at SiS Health, you also consent to us sending you information about appointments via SMS and email.

If your condition worsens while waiting for an appointment, we recommend that youcontact your GP, the acute mobile team, or a psychiatric nurse at the emergency room.
