We offer several interesting courses aimed at providing you with knowledge on how to best take care of your own health.

Active Brain Break
Physical activity is not just about a strong body – it also enhances your memory, learning ability, and mood. That's why we invite you to a feel-good workout session that concludes with a nutritious meal at the Bokkafeen in the SiS student house.

Did you know that physical activity can improve memory, focus, and mood? That's why we invite you to join us in the fresh Norwegian nature for a workout suitable for everyone—regardless of fitness level or experience. Afterwards, we'll gather for a delicious and strengthening meal at the Bokkafeen in the SiS student house. 💪

Sauna and ice bathing
Are you ready for an energy boost? Join us for ice bathing and sauna – a combination that provides a fantastic "feel-good" sensation and a real energy boost. Research shows that this can have positive effects on both physical and mental health – and we can feel it in our bodies!

Cooking course
Join us at SiS for a cooking class with nutritionist Svanhild Viken. The goal is to inspire you to see how easy it is to make good and healthy food from scratch, while also enjoying the community of a good meal. You will also receive a recipe booklet to take home.

Aware of Suicidal Thoughts - OPS
Many can contribute to preventing suicide. The course increases awareness of suicidal thoughts and provides tools for how you can offer initial help.
