Are you ready for an energy boost? Join our health department for ice bathing and sauna – a combination that gives a fantastic "feel-good" sensation and a real energy boost. Research shows that this can have positive effects on both physical and mental health – and we feel it in our bodies!

We also facilitate conversations between bathing sessions focusing on how you can strengthen both physical and mental health – a low-threshold offer with room for both reflection and wonder.
Practical info:
🫵 You participate at your own risk.
🏊 You must be able to swim and withstand rapid exposure to cold and heat.
🩱 Bring a towel (preferably), a water bottle, swimwear, and a bit of curiosity.
🧖 The sauna has two changing rooms, and everyone must be in place and changed by 09:15.
